Day 4 in the “Show Ya Sef” house was all about the Wager but between rehearsals, diary sessions, and a wild pool party, the housemates gave fans plenty of side plots to obsess over too. Here’s everything that went down.

Morning: Prep Mode, With a Side of Soul-Searching

The day opened with housekeeping business before Wager prep took over completely. Martins, Sultex, Gerard, and Araga hit the pool table to de-stress, while Team Nature and Team Nurture split off to rehearse their presentations Ricky reportedly entertaining himself with a song mid-rehearsal.

Diary sessions brought some real vulnerability. Temi Nkem opened up to Biggie about feeling stuck in her shell, admitted a fear of the dark, and confessed to having a soft spot for both Barry and Keivo a detail that adds new texture to the “just sweet, not romantic” storyline already swirling around the house.

The Boys Rank the Ladies Officially, On Camera

In a moment that gives real weight to a debate fans have already been having, Tram used a chat with Cassi and Barry to openly rate the female housemates’ beauty. His verdict: Neche was crowned the “full package,” he “couldn’t stop gushing” about Sheba, and Goddessa also got an honorable mention. It’s rare for a housemate to rank the women this directly on camera, and it’s the kind of moment that tends to follow someone for the rest of the season.

Tram’s own diary session followed, where he praised Aikou’s intellect, called Sheba’s self-awareness impressive, and flagged Martins as easily swayed a trait he called risky in the game.

“Trouble in Paradise” for Araga and Goddessa

Just hours after their season-first kiss, cracks may already be showing. In a lounge conversation, Araga opened up about some issues weighing on him and rather than leaning in, Goddessa pushed back gently, telling him she doesn’t want their connection to mean constant, exclusive conversation, since she wants to build bonds with other housemates too. She encouraged him to do the same.

It’s a fair question the show itself is now asking: is Goddessa simply pushing Araga toward healthy independence, or is this the first real wobble in a ship that moved fast enough to worry Araga about his own focus just days ago?

New Names Enter the Chat

The afternoon and evening brought fresh entanglements to track:

  • Mercedes is reportedly shipping Temi Nkem and Barry, while Bluethopia pointed out Barry’s been feeding Temi and sharing his dessert with her small gestures that read as more than casual.
  • At the pool party, Gerard had both Goddessa and Kamsy dancing with him at different points, while Sheba danced for Tram — adding yet another wrinkle to whatever’s developing between those two.
  • Later that night, Tram kissed Bluethopia on the cheek in front of other housemates — and by most accounts, she was not here for it, visibly pulling a face in response.

Wager Result: Team Nature Wins

By 7 p.m., the Wager was underway Aikou and Ricky opened for Team Nature, followed by Kamsy and Sheba for Team Nurture, with Neche fielding the rebuttal for the ladies. Biggie ultimately handed the win to Team Nature (the men), praising Chimsom Chuka, Gerard, Nomy, Neche, and Cassi individually for their performances in the debate.

Post-loss, the men’s side wasn’t all smiles Cassi and Yusuf both aired frustrations about teammates not following through on the agreed plan, though Tram and Keivo worked to keep spirits up.

The Pool Party Capped It All Off

The pool party that followed was, by all accounts, one of the night’s highlights high energy, plenty of dancing, and pizza once things moved back indoors. The night wrapped with the storeroom opening for talent show props and a few quieter one-on-one moments, including Abi teasingly telling Araga she’d follow him if he stepped outside.

With a beauty ranking now on record, a possible ship wobble for Araga and Goddessa, and a fresh Temi-Barry theory taking shape, Day 4 planted several seeds that could define the coming week.

We’ll be tracking all of it.
