Ricky reportedly pushed back on a task instruction this morning, and at least one fan is pointing out how differently it’s being treated compared to what led to Nomy’s exit from the house.
According to the post, a Ninja told Ricky to continue with his task, and he refused. The poster didn’t hold back on the comparison, noting there’s been no real buzz or talk of disqualification around it, simply because it isn’t Nomy involved.
It’s a fair point to raise, and worth remembering it’s this fan’s own observation and framing, not confirmation that Big Brother is treating the two situations identically or that any disciplinary action is actually being considered for Ricky.
Task refusals can vary a lot in context, severity, and how production chooses to handle them behind the scenes, so one clip alone doesn’t necessarily prove a double standard. Still, given how directly Nomy’s disqualification was tied to disobedience and refusing mandatory activities, the comparison is an understandable one for fans to make.
We’ll be watching to see if this gets any official response or if it’s simply a case of different situations being treated differently for reasons we don’t have full visibility into.
