As the house processes Neche’s shock voluntary exit, one housemate is already pointing fingers and it’s a serious claim that’s sure to spark real debate.
In the clip, Oyin tells fellow housemates that she believes Sheba and Goddessa are directly responsible for Neche’s decision to leave, saying they “messed up her mental health.”
It’s a heavy accusation, and one that deserves to be treated carefully this is Oyin’s personal opinion about what led to Neche’s exit, not a confirmed account of what actually happened, and mental health struggles are rarely traceable to one single cause or a couple of people.
Given everything that’s played out recently, it’s not hard to see why Oyin might connect these dots. Both Sheba and Goddessa have had real friction points with Neche in the lead-up to this from Ebuka putting Goddessa on the spot about Neche during the live show, to the wider tangle involving Barry that’s touched all three women in different ways this season.
But connecting emotional strain to an exit decision is a serious claim to make about two specific people, and it’s worth waiting for more context, or for Neche’s own account, before treating this as settled.
