This is a genuinely funny twist for a storyline that’s had real stakes up to this point. Kamsy herself confirmed being torn between the two men in her own diary session, and more recently, Gerard reportedly told her directly he was no longer interested a moment fans openly doubted, joking he’d be back once “konji” hit him again. Instead of that prediction playing out, Gerard and Chimsom casually bonding over her mood suggests the temperature between the two men has cooled considerably, at least for now.
There’s something inherently comedic about watching two people who were supposedly competing for the same person end up more invested in talking to each other than to her.
