While Neche’s own team has already released a statement, a much more personal message has now surfaced from someone even closer to her, her twin sister, Didi.
In a series of posts, Didi described just how intense the reaction to Neche’s exit has been on her end, revealing her phone nearly crashed the moment the announcement went out.
She said she had to pause posting even on her business page after being flooded with messages, and ended up switching her phone off just to sleep over the past couple of days, admitting she hadn’t expected the reaction to hit her quite this hard either.
The most reassuring part of her message was aimed directly at worried fans: she confirmed Neche is okay, describing the show as just one chapter and promising fans will get to see “the real her” outside a space she called limiting, both physically and mentally.
She also shared that some fans had reached out in tears, joking that people love Neche more than they love her, before getting emotional herself about waking up to a call from Neche and crying out of happiness.
Didi closed her message thanking everyone who voted, supported, and showed love throughout Neche’s run, calling the fan response overwhelming in the best way.
